j) That CCA authorizes payment up to $60.00 to renew the centretowncitizens.ca web domain name with Ethical Web Services Inc. for two years, i.e., from Feb. 12, 2020 to Feb. 11, 2022.
k) That CCA authorize additional $100.00 to cover expenses related to hosting the AGM on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, e.g., meeting room rental fee, advertisements, AV equipment rental fee, photocopying, refreshments.
l) That CCA authorizes payment of $35.00 for Federation of Citizens’ Association’s (FCA) annual membership fee for 2020.
m) That CCA authorizes payment of $226.00 from donations collected at the Candidates Debate held on Sept. 26, 2019 to pay for audio equipment rental.
