Hello Centretowners: Join us at the CCCA Board meeting.  February 21,  7:00pm City Hall, Richmond Room Continuing with our year of  "getting to know your neighbours" on the agenda for our Board meeting will be: Vision Zero:  Advocating for the elimination of death and serious injury on Canada’s roads. Our guest is Executive Director Graham Larkin (PhD Harvard University, 2003) is a lifelong social justice advocate. His advocacy for people-friendly urbanism led Graham to found Vision Zero Canada as a registered non-profit in December 2015.
