a) That CCA authorizes a payment of up to $20.00 from the General Fund for meeting room rental at the Jack Purcell Community Centre for Tuesday, October 15, 2019’s Board Meeting.
b) That CCA approves the financial statement for the September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2019 fiscal year as presented in Attachment 6 – Treasurer’s Report – Financials.
c) That CCA authorizes funds up to $400.00 from the Tree Fund to purchase a tent and/or canopy for T&G Committee events like Minto Park Sale or Earth Day.
d) That CCA authorizes funds up to $300.00 from the Tree Fund to create a festive tree light display in Dundonald Park.
e) That CCA authorizes funds up to $100.00 from the Tree Fund to purchase flower bulbs.
