Barber \n7. Motions: \nSee Attachment 1 (Treasurer’s Report):\na) That CCA authorizes payment up to $30.00 to renew the centretowncitizens.ca web domain name with Ethical Web Services Inc. for one year\, i.e.\, from Feb. 12\, 2020 to Feb. 11\, 2021.  Every website needs a domain name to be hosted online. \nb) That CCA authorizes funds up to $180.00 from Tree Fund to pay for printing costs of a “Plastic Bags:  Let’s Break The Habit” flyer prepared by the Single Use Plastics Committee. \nc) That CCA authorizes $100.00 from General Fund to be used as a security deposit for use of a meeting room at the Beaver Barracks for Seniors Committee meetings held in 2020.  Funds would be returned at the end of year. \nd) That CCA authorize funds up to $100.00 from the General Fund to cover expenses related to hosting a Community Conversation event at the Centretown Community Health Centre (CCHC) on Wednesday\, January 29\, 2020\, e.g.\, advertisements\, photocopying\, office supplies\, refreshments.  Meeting room rental fee has been waived. \ne) That CCA authorize funds up to $700.00 from the General Fund to cover expenses related to hosting a Community Conversation event at the Dominion Chalmers Centre on \,Tuesday\, February 25\, 2020 e.g.\, meeting room rental fee ($452.00)\, Buzz ($170.00) and other advertisements\, photocopying\, office supplies\, refreshments. \nSee Attachment 3 (Planning Committee’s Report):\nf) That the CCCA Board approves the submission of the letter on 400 Albert St.  See Attachment 6.\ng) That the CCA Board approves the submission of the letter on 390/394 Bank St.  See Attachment 7. \n8. Upcoming CCA Events:\na) Wednesday\, January 29\, 2020 – “Emergency Medicine” – To be confirmed.\nb) Tuesday\, Feb 25th\, 2020 – 6:30-8:30 PM\, Dominion-Chalmers Centre – ‘Making a Safe and Healthy Centretown’ with Ottawa Chief Medical Officer Dr. Vera Etches and the new Chief of the Ottawa Police Service Peter Sloly.
